Returns & Cancellations
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you would like to return your order, please email hello@tulastra.com with your order number and I’ll supply a returns address.
Please note that returns are at your own expense and I do recommend using a tracked or signed for service for your own peace of mind.
Personalised or customised items are not returnable unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the item being received back and checked and made to the original method of payment.
Faulty items
Firstly, oh noes! No one likes a faulty item, they are the saddest. Please reach out at hello@tulastra.com and I’ll get you sorted straight away.
Exchanges
I’m not able to process exchanges so if you’d like to swap an item, please place a new order and return the original one for a refund (see the process above).
Cancellations & order changes
For prints, once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to the printers for production. At this time, it may not be possible to make changes to an order or an address, so please double check everything is as it should be before you hit pay. If the order has already gone to print, please follow the return policy outlined above.
